PBSP ist eine k\u00f6rperorientierte interaktive Therapie, die von Albert Pesso und seiner Frau Diane Boyden begr\u00fcndet wurde (lesen Sie mehr auf der Homepage www.PBSP.com). Die heiltherapeutische Arbeit basiert auf der Zuversicht, dass hinter jedem Schmerz und Leid eine starke genetisch bedingte Sehnsucht nach und ein Wissen \u00fcber das steht, was zur Erf\u00fcllung des Lebens notwendig ist, und an die n\u00e4chsten Generationen weitergegeben werden kann: Wir sind geschaffen, um in einer unvollkommenen Welt, die sich unendlich entfaltet, gl\u00fccklich sein zu k\u00f6nnen. That\u2018s why you can be the true and only instructor of a new symbolic memory, where age and care fit perfect to each other. This is indeed a question of timing. If authentic on the emotional level, the brain takes this new memory for\n real, it heals the early wounds, and you can unfold with a much more fruitful view at yourself and at the world. Yes, there is a time for everything – also for breaking old patterns and putting something new in. There is a time for\n healing.<\/p>\n

Eine \u201eGestalt\u201c ist eine Bedeutungseinheit, bei der das Ganze mehr ist als die Summe der Teile. Die Gestalttherapie zielt darauf ab, den Prozess zu kl\u00e4ren, wie die Klienten ihre Rohdaten der Wahrnehmung interpretieren und in eine Erz\u00e4hlung strukturieren, und wie diese Erz\u00e4hlung (Werte, W\u00fcnsche) ihre Handlungsentscheidungen unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n

Ein Gro\u00dfteil der Arbeit findet mit Hilfe des \u201eleeren Stuhls\u201c statt, einem gef\u00fchrten Dialog, bei dem ein leerer Stuhl eine andere Person repr\u00e4sentiert, mit der die Klienten einen Konflikt haben, oder mit einem Teil von sich selbst, den sie zu verleugnen versuchen. Der Grundgedanke ist die paradoxe Theorie, dass man nichts \u00e4ndern kann, was man nicht akzeptiert (A. Beisser).<\/p>\n

Einige der Themen, die Menschen f\u00fcr einen therapeutischen Dialog mit dem Trainer oder \u201edem Stuhl\u201c vorbringen, k\u00f6nnen auf einer tiefen religi\u00f6sen oder existenziellen Ebene liegen; andere k\u00f6nnen p\u00e4dagogischer Natur sein und auf eine klarere Kommunikation \u00fcber triviale \u00c4rgernisse im Alltag abzielen. Beide Ebenen sind f\u00fcr den Zweck der Gruppe, die Teilnehmer in das Denken und die Praxis der Gestalttherapie einzuf\u00fchren, gleicherma\u00dfen wichtig. Der Prozess des Dialogs ist f\u00fcr den Kontakt mit anderen Menschen wichtiger als der Inhalt, und der Kommunikationsprozess eines Einzelnen neigt dazu, sich in seinen Dialogen auf vielen Ebenen zu wiederholen.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

In Contact-Improvisation (a contemporary dance), we miraculously train our intuition for the right timing. Instead of becoming \u201eslaves to rhythm\u201d, we put our trust in the perception of our own bodies and, as our movements flow, we\n develop a sense of what might happen next. There is no division between \u201eleaders\u201c and \u201efollowers\u201c. Instead all dancers are on an equal footing in shaping the dance. This creates gently flowing or dynamically powerful improvisations\n that at any point in time breathe the magic of being alive. Nobody knows what will happen in the moment after the next one \u2013 we trust our own intuition and equally that of our partners in the dance. In order to train this \u201etrust\n in our bodies\u201c, we take a lot of time practicing our own mindfulness, centering, body awareness and presence. Ultimately this is all about joyfully developing trust in our own sense of the right timing – and maybe sometimes having\n an inkling of God leading us therein.<\/p>\n

Im Workshop verwenden wir Methoden aus dem zeitgen\u00f6ssischen Tanz und der gestaltbasierten Tanz- und Theatertherapie.<\/p>\n

A time for every matter under heaven includes also every person under heaven. We are here for some reason and it is not always easy to find out what to do or where to be in a certain time of our lives. In Kohelet \u2013 a famous poem in\n the Hebrew Bible as a document of Ancient Oriental Wisdom – are mentioned many different activities, often contradictory ones. <\/p>\n

In unserem Workshop wollen wir mehr dar\u00fcber in Verbindung mit unserem eigenen Leben in diesem Moment erforschen; welche Ziele verfolgen wir und was bedeuten diese Aktivit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr uns und die uns umgebende Welt. <\/p>\n

Wir verwenden zwei sich erg\u00e4nzende Ans\u00e4tze. Der eine Weg ist die innere Meditation wie in einem Tagtraum und mit Zeichnungen (Hanscarl Leuner: Katathymes Bilderleben, Symboldrama). Die andere ist das Agieren auf einer \u00e4u\u00dferen Szene (Bibliodrama), kombiniert mit Grundimpulsen aus der k\u00f6rperlichen und geistigen K\u00f6rperarbeit. Beide Methoden eignen sich f\u00fcr Seelsorge und Psychotherapie. Sie werden in den Tagen ineinandergreifend eingesetzt.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Hintergrund dieser Methode der Gruppenarbeit mit existenziellen Themen ist eine 2011 begonnene Kooperation zwischen der Physiotherapeutin und dem Krankenhausseelsorger in einer psychiatrischen Fachabteilung im S\u00fcden Stockholms, die beide auch Psychotherapeuten sind. Inspiriert wurden sie von der Leiterin der Klinik, die f\u00fcr schwedische Verh\u00e4ltnisse eine recht weitreichende Vorstellung von psychiatrischer Versorgung hat, einschlie\u00dflich der Auffassung, dass der Mensch\/Patient als Ganzes gesehen werden muss und dass existenzielle Fragen oder Schmerzen in diese Versorgung einbezogen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die theoretische und praktische Arbeit mit den Gruppen wurden u. a. Konzepte von Emmy van Deurzen, Direktorin der New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in London, und Irvin D. Yalom, Professor f\u00fcr Psychiatrie an der Stanford University, herangezogen.<\/p>\n

In seinem Buch Existentielle Psychotherapie stellt Irvin D. Yalom vier existenzielle Themen f\u00fcr die klinische Arbeit vor: Tod, Freiheit, Isolation und Sinn. Bei der Arbeit mit den existenziellen Themen in den Gruppen schien dies etwas statisch zu sein, so dass mit Hilfe einer Antithese die Diskussion zu er\u00f6ffnen ist.<\/p>\n

Our aim with the Groupsessions here at the Conference is to talk about life as it is \u2013 not as it should be, to bring up what comes from your feelings, rather than what\u00b4s in your head. The role of the leaders is to be seen as guides\n rather than experts; not as teachers pointing towards the goal but as guides pointing out the road.<\/p>\n

Each session starts -and ends – with a short Body-orientated meditation. In the first session all the participants give a presentation of themselves, if they like to do so. One of the leaders tells a short open-ended story to give\n some food for feelings and thoughts for the theme of the session. <\/p>\n
